Warm the Fineti hazelnut spread with cocoa in a bain marie or in a microwave on low power.

Fill the choux pastries with the Fineti hazelnut spread with milk and chill for 30 minutes until firm.

Warm the Fineti hazelnut spread with cocoa on a low heat and, when soft, spoon 1 tbsp into the bottom of 4 individual bowls. Place 4 choux in each bowl, on top of the spread.

Pour the rest of the melted Fineti hazelnut spread with cocoa over the choux.

Decorate with whipped cream.
