Melt the Fineti spread in a microwave.

Whip the butter in a mixer until fluffy. Add the melted Fineti spread and blend for a further 2 minutes. Mix in the biscuits, broken up by hand, and the dried fruit.

Turn out the mixture onto a sheet of baking parchment, wrap it up and place in a loaf tin to take its shape. Press down with palms to level off.

Chill for at least 2 hours, until the mixture is firm.

Remove from tin and unwrap. Cut the fridge cake into slices and serve.
