Dipping the spoon into sunflower oil between frying each pancake will help the mixture slide off more easily. You can make the pancakes using any fruit you choose.

Measure out all the ingredients into a large bowl, leaving the Fineti spread and the apples to one side. Mix well. Add the Fineti spread and stir until the mixture is smooth and even.

Now add the cubed apple and combine thoroughly.

Put a tablespoon of the mixture into a buttered frying pan on a low heat.

Fry the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side. Place on absorbent kitchen paper to soak up any excess fat.

Dust with icing sugar and serve with extra Fineti spread.
