Divide the mixture into 4 individual bowls and press down with a spoon to level off the surface. Chill for 10 minutes until firm.

Soften the cream cheese in the mixer. Add the Fineti spread and the whipped cream and blend until smooth and well mixed.

Divide the filling evenly between the bowls and level off. Chill for at least 20 minutes.

Before serving, cover the cheesecake with a layer of jam or crushed Fineti Wafer Sticks.
