To create the “soil” for your plants, put a layer of cotton wool in the bottom of the Fineti Sticks cups, and add some water. Be careful – the cotton wool needs to be damp, but not soaked through.

Materials
- 2 Fineti Sticks cups
- 1 tbsp beans
- 1 tsp lentils
- Cotton wool
Instructions
The time has come to sew your seeds! Place the beans in one cup, on top of the cotton wool, and the lentils in the other.
Make a second layer of damp cotton wool for each cup and cover your seeds.
Keep your cups inside the house, ideally close to a window or in a sunny spot. Be patient for 2–3 days, then watch your plants as they grow!
iTip:Check every day that the cotton wool in your cups is damp, to prevent your plants from drying out.
